From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and provided top-notch, professional service. The studio itself is spotless, offering a wonderfully clean and relaxing environment that instantly makes you feel comfortable during your visit. I went in for several services, including eyebrow threading, eyelashes, a facial, and full body waxing. The technicians handled every single treatment flawlessly with great attention to detail, making sure I was completely satisfied with the results. On top of the fantastic quality and professional care, their prices are highly affordable. An amazing bonus is that the owner actually has a second Jill's Brow Studio location just 10 minutes away that offers the exact same services under the same name. It is incredibly convenient to have two reliable spots so close to each other. It is rare to find a beauty salon that balances such a welcoming atmosphere, expert service, and great pricing. Whether you go to the Dunning Square spot or their other nearby location, you are in great hands!

I had not threaded my brows in a while so I went for tinting as well. I loved how they turned out. After consulting with the stylist, I went with a medium brown color to achieve a natural look. I did a walk-in on a Saturday around 1pm and there was one client before me. I could tell that the stylist was taking her time to make sure the work was done perfectly. I appreciate that.

Shilpa does a great job. She is patient and makes sure she doesn’t miss anything. Have not had a bad experience at Jill’s Brow and very affordable.
