From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and provided top-notch, professional service. The studio itself is spotless, offering a wonderfully clean and relaxing environment that instantly makes you feel comfortable during your visit. I went in for several services, including eyebrow threading, eyelashes, a facial, and full body waxing. The technicians handled every single treatment flawlessly with great attention to detail, making sure I was completely satisfied with the results. On top of the fantastic quality and professional care, their prices are highly affordable. An amazing bonus is that the owner actually has a second Jill's Brow Studio location just 10 minutes away that offers the exact same services under the same name. I had not threaded my brows in a while so I went for tinting as well. I loved how they turned out. After consulting with the stylist, I went with a medium brown color to achieve a natural look. I did a walk-in on a Saturday around 1pm and there was one client before me. I could tell that the stylist was taking her time to make sure the work was done perfectly. I appreciate that.
